MA'AN Development Center is an independent, non-governmental Palestinian institution established in 1989, aimed at promoting sustainable development and enhancing human resources in the Palestinian society. With its headquarters in Ramallah and four branch offices across the region, MA'AN seeks to improve food security, develop the capacities of Palestinian NGOs and grassroots organizations, reduce poverty in marginalized areas, protect and develop the environment, and advocate for Palestinian rights at local and international levels.

Through programs focused on agricultural and food security, community development, women and youth empowerment, and environmental protection, MA'AN is committed to enhancing self-reliance and independence while upholding professionalism, transparency, and accountability. They also advocate equality in employment and uphold Palestinian laws.
