## Description

Madal is a reading platform focused on Somali-language stories, books, and authors. It offers readers a place to discover and read Somali writing, bringing stories and books together with information about Somali writers. Visitors can explore the available reading material, find authors, and save stories they enjoy for later. The platform’s invitation to begin reading presents it as a destination for people who want to engage with Somali literature and keep their favorite stories close at hand.

By centering its offering on Somali-language content, Madal serves readers seeking stories and books in Af-Soomaali, as well as those interested in discovering Somali authors. Its features combine content discovery with a simple personal library function: users can browse what is available, choose stories to read, and save favorites. Madal’s identity is therefore closely tied to making Somali stories, books, and writers accessible in one place. Whether a visitor is looking for a new story or exploring Somali authors, the platform is designed to support reading and discovery.
