## Description

Made by Ellen is a food and lifestyle brand created by Ellen, sharing her passion for delicious food, healthy dishes and simple cooking. Its website features a wide-ranging collection of recipes, including ideas for breakfast, lunch, snacks, vegetarian meals, desserts and seasonal cooking. Readers can also find food inspiration, restaurant and café recommendations, event coverage and travel stories. The brand offers a cookbook as well as an online shop and bakery.

Made by Ellen’s bakery began as a small sourdough operation in Ellen’s garage and is now based at Pieter Kiesstraat 78A in Haarlem. It sells handmade sourdough breads, cinnamon rolls, pizettes and other baked goods, along with good coffee. The bakery uses local, organic ingredients, and its breads are made by hand through a process lasting more than 24 hours to develop their flavour. Customers can place orders through the blog, while additional items are baked for walk-in sales. Through its recipes, baking and food recommendations, Made by Ellen celebrates fresh ingredients and accessible, enjoyable cooking.
