## Description

Made by Els is a food and cooking brand led by Els, focused on showing how flavorful and distinctive vegetarian food can be. Based in or associated with Oudewater, Els prepares meals in clients’ homes, usually vegetarian, with both savory and sweet options. Her cooking includes vegetable casseroles, couscous with marinated red onion, curry tofu bowls and thoughtful sweet finishes. The emphasis is on creative combinations, appealing presentation and ingredients described by customers as honest, healthy and often organic. Many of her baked goods and dishes are gluten-free, while customer testimonials note that this does not compromise their taste.

For people who prefer to cook and bake themselves, Made by Els offers an online baking course featuring more conscious ingredient choices and instructional videos. The brand also shares its work through a gallery and social media, including Instagram. Whether cooking at home for clients or teaching baking online, Els brings together vegetarian cooking, enjoyable flavors and considered ingredients, with options for everyday meals as well as cakes and other treats.
