Capital K Distillery, located in the heart of Winnipeg, is proud to be Manitoba's first family-owned and operated craft distillery. Established in 2016, the distillery’s flagship product, Tall Grass Vodka, marked its entry into the spirits market, followed by a range of exceptional offerings including Tall Grass Gin and WPG Vodka, a non-craft alternative launched in 2019. 

Capital K is dedicated to quality, beginning its traditional distilling process with hand-milled, locally sourced grains. This meticulous approach, combined with a custom-engineered eighteen-foot column still that purifies spirits twenty times, results in premium products that maintain the unique flavors of Manitoba’s produce. Each spirit is carefully distilled in small batches to ensure consistency and excellence.
