## Description

La Magie de la Ferme is a family-run farm and hospitality business in Dompierre, in the Basse Broye region of Fribourg, Switzerland. Operated by Fouzia, Pierre-Yves and Iwana Ducry, the farm combines agriculture, local food traditions and guest experiences. Its crops include wheat, rapeseed, barley, triticale and maize, alongside fruit growing.

The farm’s guest table welcomes diners from Thursday to Sunday, serving Swiss and Moroccan-inspired dishes such as couscous, tagines and tasting menus, as well as brunches. Seasonal events include the Bénichon celebration at the farm. Visitors can also stay in a dormitory on straw, with accommodation available seven days a week, for an immersive farm experience.

La Magie de la Ferme offers catering, direct farm sales and an online shop featuring homemade products that reflect the family’s know-how and local heritage. Its specialities include Poire à Botzi AOP, available in preserves and as eau-de-vie; these products received gold and bronze medals respectively at the Swiss Terroir Products Contest for 2025–2027.
