Through our School-Work Alternation project, students spend a week with us, immersing themselves in a completely innovative educational experience. We take immense pride in the success of these initiatives. In collaboration with several schools in the Brindisi area, we have hosted over 40 students in the past two months alone at our Salver facility. By offering practical experience, we believe students can consolidate their knowledge acquired at school and align their studies with the dynamic world of work. As an integral part of the communities we operate in, we actively contribute to the development of younger generations. We aim to empower them to pursue their ambitions and become industry leaders of tomorrow.
