## Description

Maifeier Sankt Hülfe-Heede von 1498 e.V. is a community shooting club rooted in more than five centuries of local tradition. Founded in 1498, the association brings together the two districts of Sankt Hülfe and Heede through sporting activities, social events and its celebrated annual May Festival. Its shooting program includes regular training at the club’s own range on Bremer Straße, with groups for children, young people, women and adult shooters. The club also hosts competitions and selects its annual shooting king and other festival dignitaries. In 2026, Andrea Sieck became the first woman in the association’s history to win the king’s title, alongside King Uwe Schröder-Sieck. Beyond shooting, members and guests can take part in events such as dances, trophy tournaments and autumn gatherings. The association welcomes prospective members from both the local area and farther afield, and provides membership forms and annual event schedules. Its activities celebrate fellowship, participation across generations and the enduring customs of Sankt Hülfe-Heede.
