## Description

MailCheap is an email newsletter platform designed to help publishers send campaigns without paying for inactive subscribers. Its usage-based pricing charges for emails sent, with plans starting at $19 per month. The company says its service can cost up to 83% less than beehiiv and 75% less than Mailchimp or Ghost.

The platform provides tools to write and edit newsletters, schedule delivery, preview messages on mobile, and choose from customizable themes. Each issue can also have a public, searchable web page. Signup forms and an API support list growth, while contacts can be imported from services such as beehiiv, Substack, and Mailchimp.

MailCheap includes campaign statistics for opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and subscriber growth. Deliverability features include DKIM, SPF, and DMARC support, sender warm-up, list cleanup, spam protection, and one-click unsubscribe. Users can send from their own domain, and the service highlights compatibility with AI agents for carrying out newsletter tasks. Overall, MailCheap brings newsletter creation, audience management, delivery, and performance tracking together in one service.
