## Description

It works with Gmail, Seznam.cz, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, iCloud, and work email using IMAP. Instead of switching between accounts or downloading and reattaching files, users can ask an assistant to find messages and attachments, identify emails that need a reply, check for unanswered messages, and prepare drafts.

The service also supports reviewing newsletter cleanup before archiving messages, with a preview so users can confirm what will be affected. Sending is off by default: the assistant can prepare drafts, but users send them themselves. Sending can be enabled separately for each mailbox, with permitted recipient controls and an hourly limit.

mailmcp says it processes email in memory and does not store mail, create an archive or index, or let its team read messages. The free plan supports two mailboxes and requires no payment card. On that plan, drafts include a mailmcp signature.
