## Description

Maison Bonifassi, also known as Maison B, is a family-rooted beverage distributor serving cafés, hotels and restaurants across the Alpes-Maritimes and Monaco. Founded by Joseph Bonifassi in 1888, the business has been shaped by five generations of wine enthusiasts and now employs more than 50 people. Its selection includes wines, beers and ciders, organic options, spirits and hygiene products, alongside regular promotions. Maison Bonifassi supports hospitality businesses with tailored advice and responsive service, helping customers choose products suited to their needs, consumption habits and venue image. Its teams coordinate sales, order preparation and delivery, while technicians provide guidance on using and maintaining professional beverage equipment. Customers can also use the company’s ordering app to access preferred products, repeat orders, downloadable invoices and delivery tracking. The company has pursued ongoing efforts to reduce its environmental impact since 2021 and reports BIO certification and the “Grossiste en boissons Engagé” label, held since 2019. Its approach emphasizes expertise, close customer relationships, transparency and reliability.
