## Description

Majblommans Riksförbund is a nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating child poverty in Sweden. With a mission to ensure that all children can participate in community activities regardless of their financial situation, Majblomman provides financial support to families with limited incomes. Children can apply for assistance until they turn 18, which can cover essential costs such as sports equipment, clothing for winter, and fees for after-school activities. The organization's work is primarily funded through the elegant sale of majblomman, a small flower pin sold by children each spring in April. The number of children who receive support directly correlates with the sales of these pins. In this way, Majblommans Riksförbund not only raises crucial funds but also fosters a sense of community and empowerment among young sellers. The organization is committed to ensuring that every child in Sweden has access to enriching experiences that help them thrive.
