## Description

Makasí is a Brazilian construction-finance company offering digital credit solutions for individuals, developers, builders, and business partners. It has financed more than 2,800 properties across 19 states and can fund up to 80% of eligible project costs. Individuals can seek financing to build a home, while developers can access production finance and bridge credit to make projects viable. Builders can offer financing to their customers, and partners can refer clients and earn commissions on approved operations.

Makasí combines a digital platform with specialist support to assess projects, structure financing, and track construction progress. Funds are released in stages as work advances, with progress reviews every two weeks. Its Conta Inteligente helps centralize project transactions and provide information for financial decisions. The company supports a range of construction methods, including masonry, steel frame, wood frame, engineered timber, and metal structures. For individuals, it offers flexible income documentation and the possibility of combining income from multiple people. For developers, funding terms and disbursements are tailored to project requirements.
