Its discussion forum connects developers, artists, designers, audio specialists, students, and other industry participants to share work, ask questions, find collaborators, and discuss opportunities. Organized sections cover projects, portfolios, jobs, tutorials, audio, events, association news, and general topics, helping members engage with different aspects of game creation. The community highlights locally made games and South African game-development companies, while also hosting conversations about tools, techniques, and production challenges. Members post prototypes and releases across genres and formats, including mobile arcade games, horror titles, platformers, roguelikes, and board or role-playing games. The forum also circulates hiring notices and calls for artists, animators, programmers, sound designers, and other contributors. Game jams, online competitions, workshops, and playtesting discussions provide additional ways to learn and participate. MGSA points visitors to its Discord and social media channels for further community activity. ## Industries - 🎮 Games - 🖥 Computers Electronics and Technology - 🖥 Video Game Design and Development _(under Computers Electronics and Technology)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idpWwPLDoP/w/305/h/62/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791170008483) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Pomegranate | #ec3d20 | accent | | Diesel | #160200 | dark | | Di Serria | #dba062 | light | ## Fonts - Raleway — asset _(google)_ - Open Sans — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
