## Description

It supports both human and mouse samples and offers workflows for selecting all uploaded TCRs, matching a list of target TCRs, choosing the most frequent sequences, or sampling sequences randomly. Users can also include positive controls from VDJdb, create replicate TCRs, and generate synonymous CDR3 variants with configurable minimum Hamming distance and randomization settings.
