The MaLisa Foundation focuses on addressing gender representation in music and media, as well as projects promoting audiovisual diversity in the music and media industry. They have organized various events and initiatives to achieve these goals, including a recent collaboration with the Museum of Communication Berlin and Kaffeehaus Dallmayr at the Fête de la Musique.
