MWYF, also known as the MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation, is a renowned after-school and summer youth development program located in Jacksonville's Urban Core. With a strong focus on academic achievement and instilling positive life skills, MWYF offers a wide range of active and engaging programs for students from kindergarten to 12th grade. By providing academic assistance, life skills curriculum, and incorporating tennis into their activities, MWYF aims to empower students to reach their full potential and become valuable members of society. Volunteerism plays a vital role in MWYF's mission, as they believe that the gift of time is one of the most valuable contributions one can make to a child's life. Throughout the year, there are numerous opportunities to get involved and make a difference in the lives of these young individuals. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, MWYF relies on the support of its community in order to continue providing their impactful services.
