# Mama and More - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `mama-and-more.de` ## Description Mama and More is a midwifery and health practice serving families in Freiburg-Zähringen and through an additional location. Its team of midwives and physiotherapists supports parents from pregnancy through the postnatal period and breastfeeding, with care tailored to individual needs. Pregnancy services include midwife-led check-ups, advice and support with questions, concerns and common discomforts; the practice notes that these checks exclude ultrasound examinations. After birth, the team provides postnatal home care, monitoring the baby’s development and feeding, advising on recovery and early parenting, and offering initial recovery exercises. The practice also runs birth-preparation and postnatal recovery courses, including preparation in warm water. Its movement and wellbeing programme includes indoor Pilates for pregnancy and after birth, outdoor buggyFit, baby fitness for infants, baby massage, and swimming courses for babies, toddlers and children. Courses can be booked online, though instructors and venues may vary. Mama and More also offers gift vouchers for classes, making its activities available as presents for parents, babies and friends. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Womens Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/MamaAndMoreEhrenkirchen) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/mamaandmore_) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id4lFBxspN/w/1287/h/213/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792998481024) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id4lFBxspN/w/1063/h/1063/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792998481353) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Brown Rust | #bf6f47 | accent | | Cod Gray | #111111 | dark | | Cinderella | #fde8e3 | light | ## Fonts - Avenir — asset _(custom)_ - Roboto — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
