# Mama Sofia - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `mama-sofia.de` ## Description Mama Sofia is a family-led brand celebrating Greek cuisine, heritage, and the flavors of home. Its story is rooted in the El Greco restaurant, founded in 1987 by Sofia and Anestis after they moved from Greece to Germany. For decades, the restaurant served as a gathering place for food lovers in the Miltenberg district. Although it closed in 2018 when Sofia became ill, its culinary legacy continues through family recipes and the brand’s products. Today, Michail leads Mama Sofia with support from his parents and his wife, Lena, carrying forward their family’s knowledge and passion for Greek flavors. The brand’s first product is the El Greco spice blend, based on the original recipe used at the restaurant. Made with Mediterranean herbs and carefully balanced spices, it is designed as a versatile seasoning for meat, vegetables, grilled dishes, and vegan or vegetarian creations. Mama Sofia aims to bring the warmth and character of Greek cooking into home kitchens, sharing recipes and flavors treasured across generations. ## Industries - 🍔 Food and Drink - 🍔 Cooking and Recipes _(under Food and Drink)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/mamasofia.elgreco) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/mamasofia.elgreco) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idHNQkb9xy/w/500/h/500/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790397262467) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idHNQkb9xy/w/500/h/500/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790397262654) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Rock Blue | #98b9cc | accent | | Mine Shaft | #393939 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Poppins — asset _(google)_ - Poppins — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
