## Description

Its work focuses on helping mothers rest, recover and adjust to life with a new baby, complementing support from family, community and midwives. Services can be booked individually or as customizable postpartum packages, with support ranging from preparation through to a closing ritual.

Care includes nourishing meals such as soups, broths, stews, puddings and lactation balls, prepared to suit dietary preferences and offered vegetarian or with meat. Recipes draw on Ayurvedic principles. Olivia also provides at-home Abhyanga Ayurvedic oil massages and Rebozo massages, bringing the supplies needed for a restorative break. Belly binding uses the Malaysian Beng Kung technique and can be paired with a belly massage as a nurturing ritual.

Drawing on her own experience of early motherhood, Olivia aims to create space for mothers to pause, feel cared for and regain strength during a major life transition.
