## Description

MambaHR is an HR operations platform designed to take routine administrative work off busy HR teams while leaving sensitive matters and important decisions in human hands. Teams can work with MambaHR through Slack and its app, where they can request support, review approvals, access employee records, and see a logged history of actions.

The platform supports hiring and onboarding, offboarding, time off and leave, payroll changes, compliance checks, employee questions, and approval follow-ups. It can coordinate tasks such as sending forms, requesting equipment and accounts, preparing payroll change files, and keeping records up to date. When it answers questions about employment rules, MambaHR cites relevant laws and can flag issues for HR to confirm. Nothing sensitive happens without approval.

MambaHR offers employee data imports from systems including Gusto, BambooHR, Rippling, Workday, ADP, Namely, Greenhouse, and Lever, with the company stating that a one-time import can be completed in a day.
