## Description

The Motherhood School of St. Anna, a heartwarming initiative introduced in 2003 and supported by the Caritas Foundation, is dedicated to guiding expecting mothers and women planning for motherhood. Located in Ternopil, this school offers a comprehensive, theoretical approach to prenatal education with a focus on natural parenting and partnership in childbirth.

With 17 years of experience, the program includes eight weekly classes that cover crucial topics such as pregnancy preparation, childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care, all led by trained professionals including obstetricians, pediatricians, and psychologists. Classes provide hands-on training and psycho-educational support to empower women and their partners.

The school fosters a community atmosphere, encouraging engagement and information exchange among parents. Participants receive expert consultations and can engage in fitness classes for pregnant women. Through its holistic methodology, the Motherhood School of St. Anna aims to instill confidence, promote healthy lifestyles, and celebrate the joys of parenthood—a truly enriching experience for families in the region.
