## Description

Manabi no Ryokosha, also known as manarico, is a learning community for people who want to broaden their possibilities, encounter new perspectives, and take steps toward a life shaped by their own values. It brings together people across ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience to learn and exchange ideas in a welcoming environment.

The organization offers two main kinds of programs. “Life and Work” seminars feature speakers from different fields sharing their personal histories, careers, values, and ways of life. “Practice and Skills” workshops help participants explore practical skills and approaches for today, including facilitation, discussion, and decision-making. Sessions combine instruction, group activities, discussion, and feedback, giving participants opportunities to learn from both specialists and one another.

Manarico also publishes Manarico News, a selection of information and insights related to life, work, practical skills, and topics from overseas. Its event calendar lists upcoming programs, while the website provides course details and registration information.
