## Description

Stal Leeuwenhoeve is a riding school and horse boarding stable in Giessen-Oudekerk, in the Alblasserwaard area of the Netherlands, near Hardinxveld-Giessendam and Giessenburg. The stable offers riding lessons for children aged six and older, as well as adults, taught by qualified instructors. Safety and enjoyment are central to its approach, with dressage as the foundation and lessons also featuring carriage-style riding, horse football, jumping and, in summer, outdoor rides.

For owners seeking care for their own horses, Leeuwenhoeve provides pension stabling for around ten horses. Boarding clients can use the stable’s facilities, including indoor and outdoor arenas, paddocks, a wash area and access to pasture. The site also has spacious boxes, a canteen and a tack room. Its lesson programme includes 18 horses and ponies, alongside two Shetland ponies. Regular events bring the community together through activities such as riding games, photo sessions, pony day camps and dressage competitions. Activities and sign-ups are shared through the stable’s agenda and ManegePlan app.
