## Description

Manufaktur 964 is a specialist Porsche workshop in Gau-Algesheim, Germany, dedicated exclusively to the Porsche 964, the air-cooled 911 generation from the late 1980s. Founded by Michael Gerischer, the workshop has been building and restoring 964s since 2011, drawing on his experience driving Porsches on roads, tracks, and in winter conditions since 1990. Its aim is to create cars with a factory-inspired appearance and modern reliability, made for regular driving rather than display.

Manufaktur 964 offers complete builds, rolling restorations, and restoration programs, with information about costs and examples of finished cars available through its website. Featured builds include Carrera 4 models and a Turbo 3.3. The workshop works with customers commissioning a build, seeking a 964, or bringing in a car they already own. Consultations are available in German and English, and workshop visits are by appointment. The company also shares workshop tours, driving stories, and updates through its gallery and social channels.
