## Description

ManuLearn is a project aimed at enhancing the innovation potential of EIT RIS countries by transforming the educational scheme and empowering individuals with "soft" and "digital" skills. With the advent of Industry 4.0 and the changing landscape of the industry, the project focuses on equipping students, researchers, and engineers with the necessary skills to thrive in this new era. ManuLearn targets advanced technologies and emphasizes the importance of cognitive and physical load reduction. Additionally, the project aims to address the gender gap in manufacturing by showcasing successful women in the field, promoting gender equality, and empowering women to pursue careers in manufacturing and leadership roles. The project offers a Learning Model that facilitates collaboration between students, researchers, and companies, allowing them to share best practices and tackle industrial challenges. Through Teaching and Learning Factories, the project provides industrial-based teaching and training to engineering students and offers innovative solutions to enterprises. ManuLearn also implements outreach activities in other EIT RIS countries to extend its impact and promote the sharing of knowledge and experiences.
