## Description

MaPaKi is a team of mother-led professionals supporting expectant and new mothers through pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Its approach focuses on relaxation, body awareness and helping women feel connected to themselves, so they can make considered choices for themselves and their babies.

Services include a 10-session pregnancy yoga course combining yoga, breathing exercises, meditation and practical birth information. The course includes two partner sessions and is offered in small groups in Heemskerk, Castricum and Egmond. MaPaKi also provides an online pregnancy yoga course, personal birth preparation at home, and pregnancy massage at home to support relaxation and ease discomfort. For mothers and mothers-to-be, coaching offers support in finding greater calm, balance and self-connection. The team also organises mothers’ circles.

Founded around Larissa and now bringing together professionals including Saskia, Eline, Merel and Rosie, MaPaKi offers care shaped by each team member’s expertise and personal style. Its services are designed to give mothers attentive support during a significant period of change.
