## Description

Tokyo Marathon Foundation is the organization behind the official Tokyo Marathon website, which provides information and services for runners, supporters, volunteers, and event partners. Its flagship event, Tokyo Marathon 2027, is scheduled for March 7, 2027, and is part of the Abbott World Marathon Majors. The website brings together race essentials, including course maps, event guidelines, entry schedules, elite runner information, medical guidance, and runner services. Participants can explore general, para-athlete, wheelchair, and team entry options, as well as charity participation and opportunities to earn a race place through related events. The Foundation also coordinates volunteer recruitment and support, and shares details about Tokyo Marathon EXPO, public events, family and friendship runs, and virtual running activities. Beyond race operations, it promotes charitable giving, sustainability initiatives, and community engagement. Visitors can find race news, galleries, past event records, media resources, and official items such as merchandise and Tokyo Marathon cards. Through its event programs and information services, the Foundation connects the running community and helps bring Tokyo together through sport.
