## Description

Mario Kart Central is an online community dedicated to Mario Kart tournaments, players, and teams. Describing itself as the home of Mario Kart tournaments, the platform welcomes participants seeking either casual or competitive competition. It hosts events for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario Kart Tour, and other titles, with matches taking place weekly.

The site brings tournament participation together with community features, including player and team registries, tournament listings and series, team power rankings, forums, and a Discord community. Visitors can also follow news, view media, and browse recent results, transactions, and new player or team profiles. Its wider network highlights affiliated resources such as MK8DX Lounge, MKLeaderboards, world records, speedruns, and a Japanese Mario Kart blog, as well as YouTube and Twitch content.

The archived version of Mario Kart Central is available for browsing and login, but it no longer permits changes. The community directs visitors to its new website at mkcentral.com. Support options listed include purchasing supporter status and making a donation.
