## Description

Marrow Schweiz is a Swiss association that promotes blood stem cell donation and encourages more people to join the donor register. Its work combines public education, student engagement and community events to make registration accessible and help patients find a suitable donor. The organisation explains how donation works, who can register, what to expect and answers common questions about safety, costs and the donation process. Registration is free and can be completed at home in about five minutes using a cheek swab, with no obligation to donate.

Marrow Schweiz brings its mission to campuses and local communities through information stands, donor-typing activities and collaborative projects. It also organises the Lauf gegen Leukämie, a run that raises awareness of blood stem cell donation, alongside other events and initiatives. Visitors can hear personal stories from recipients and donors, explore eligibility information and learn how each new registration may give a patient another chance of finding a match.
