## Description

The Dr. Marschner Stiftung is a charitable foundation based in Frankfurt am Main, supporting people and projects across Frankfurt and Offenbach. Its work focuses on three areas: culture, social inclusion, and science. In culture, the foundation supports institutions and initiatives in visual art, music, and theatre. Its social funding helps projects that encourage participation, strengthen community life, and respond to areas of need. In science, it supports a wide range of research and educational projects for both specialist and general audiences.

Rather than offering consumer products, the foundation provides funding and partnership for initiatives with lasting value. Its project portfolio includes museum exhibitions and modernisation, film and theatre activities, school arts programmes, mentoring, youth projects, community spaces, and public engagement with research and local history. Examples include support for the Alte Oper, the LUCAS Film Festival, and projects at Frankfurt and Offenbach cultural institutions.

The foundation describes its approach as collaborative, sustainable, and straightforward.
