## Description

M.A.R.S is a hybrid-style martial arts organisation serving the Cambridge and Huntingdon areas. Its training combines traditional and modern disciplines, including Western boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Kung Fu and Kempo, bringing together techniques for self-defence, personal protection and fitness. Classes are available to adults and children, with an emphasis on learning in a safe, supportive environment. Children can develop skills to help them respond to bullying and “stranger danger,” while students of all ages and fitness levels can build stamina, flexibility and overall fitness over time.

Training progresses from general defence at lower levels to more advanced subjects, including Bo Staff techniques and defence against knife, stick and group attacks. Alongside practical skills, M.A.R.S aims to help students develop confidence, self-belief, discipline and respect, while enjoying the social benefits of training with others. The organisation runs classes at several locations across Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire, and also offers one-to-one sessions and small, family-only classes by advance booking.
