## Description

Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint is a renowned brand that is dedicated to preserving and celebrating the art and craft of West Tennessee's legendary whole-hog BBQ tradition. Founded in 2006 by Pat Martin, this culinary destination started as a small 950-square foot spot and has now expanded to six restaurants in Nashville, as well as locations in Birmingham, Louisville, and Charleston. At Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint, they take great pride in preparing time-honored recipes that speak to their West Tennessee-style BBQ roots. They smoke their meats for up to 22-24 hours over local hickory wood, ensuring rich and authentic flavors. Guests can indulge in a variety of delectable dishes, including Redneck Tacos, BBQ Nachos, Memphis-style pulled pork, burgers, hot dogs, fries, and hand-spun shakes. In addition to their restaurants, Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint also offers catering services for off-site events. Pat Martin, the founder, has even published a book called Life of Fire: Mastering the Arts of Pit-Cooked Barbecue, The Grill, and The Smokehouse, which shares his expertise and passion for open-fire cooking. With a commitment to quality and a warm Southern hospitality, Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint invites guests to experience the flavors and traditions of West Tennessee's BBQ heritage.
