## Description

Maru Labs is a small, Switzerland-based technology workshop and open-source project focused on turning practical ideas into working hardware and software. It began with electronics for classic BMW K-Series motorcycles and continues to develop products such as the BEP3.0 and K-Diag, alongside downloads, maker projects, and other experimental work. The BEP3.0 is available through partner retailers, as Maru Labs produces only small quantities and does not manage individual orders directly.

The workshop brings together electronics, software, mechanics, CAD, 3D printing, CNC machining, soldering, and prototyping. Projects may involve designing a housing, developing and assembling a circuit board, and writing firmware to make the complete system work reliably. Maru Labs also shares many projects, source code, and repositories on GitHub, inviting others to explore, use, and build on its work. Deliberately small in scale, the initiative prioritizes curiosity, open-source collaboration, experimentation, and useful solutions over mass production. Its projects range from motorcycle-focused electronics to broader hardware, mechanical, and software ideas.
