The Massachusetts Youth Leadership Foundation (MYL Foundation) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that aims to empower high school students to make a positive impact in their communities. Our mission is to provide outstanding students with the skills, opportunities, and inspiration they need to become engaged citizens through service and leadership. At MYL Foundation, we believe that every young person deserves the chance to develop essential values and qualities.

That's why our MassSTAR Conference, featuring a comprehensive curriculum, focuses on Respect, Responsibility, Collaboration, Initiative, and Intentionality. Through this curriculum, students learn important life skills and cultivate a sense of civic responsibility. In addition to the MassSTAR Conference, we offer various programs such as the MYL Mentorship Program and Empowered Citizen Grants, which provide support and resources to further develop students' leadership abilities.
