## Description

Maternally Fit is a pioneering brand dedicated to empowering pregnant and new mothers through specialized fitness classes. Founded in 2005 by Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Sarah Lorentzen, the organization emerged from the need for safe, enjoyable, and accessible exercise programs tailored to address the unique challenges faced by women during and after pregnancy. The current Director, Ilana Marismari, emphasizes a vision that celebrates and supports women's fitness journeys.

Offering both online and in-studio classes, Maternally Fit caters to all fitness levels, with instructors who are highly qualified physiotherapists trained in pregnancy and postnatal health. This ensures that classes are grounded in the latest evidence-based practices. Community and support are at the heart of Maternally Fit, which fosters a warm environment for mothers to connect and share experiences. Their mission is to empower every participant, celebrating milestones and achievements as they grow stronger and more confident throughout their fitness journeys. With Maternally Fit, mothers can safely navigate their health and wellness during this precious time.
