## Description

Matthew Vines is an author, speaker, and advocate focused on the relationship between Christian faith and LGBTQ inclusion. He is the author of God and the Gay Christian: The Biblical Case in Support of Same-Sex Relationships, a revised and expanded book that examines biblical arguments about same-sex relationships and presents an affirming perspective grounded in Christian orthodoxy. Vines also founded and leads The Reformation Project, a nonprofit ministry working to advance the inclusion of gay, bisexual, and transgender Christians in the church while emphasizing love for God, the Bible, and the church.

Through his work, Vines helps individuals and congregations reconsider their views while maintaining a commitment to biblical authority and orthodox Christian theology. His website offers information about his book, speaking engagements, and theological resources, as well as a video master class on the biblical case for LGBTQ inclusion. Visitors can also access a free seven-week email series exploring arguments for same-sex relationships and find talks, including one on why monogamy matters.
