## Description

Matthew (Matt) D Nye is a founder, operator, and builder who has been creating businesses and tools since 1990. His experience spans a retail computer business, an internet service provider, mortgage and title companies, retirement planning, and financial services. Today, he develops AI-native companies and tools for financial advisors and related professionals.

His projects include Infinite Wealth Builder, which provides straightforward education about tax-free wealth; Helmstead, a company-launch platform for CPAs, registered investment advisors, and fiduciary practices; and ScribeTax, an AI product that analyzes tax forms and provides strategy recommendations for advisors. Other offerings include Participation Pro, a tool for tracking IRC §469 material participation hours with an audit trail, Elite Advisor Tools, and Q Marketing AI, which supports appointment booking for independent annuity producers.

Matt also helps financial-services professionals build client acquisition systems, connecting advertising, funnels, and follow-up, and automate marketing through CRM, email, and text workflows. His work combines technology, marketing, and operational support to help advisors attract prospects and manage routine communications.
