## Description

Max Fab Consulting helps organizations strengthen leadership, improve workplace culture, and support veteran success. Founded by Dave Nordel, a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with more than 30 years of leadership experience, the consultancy draws on real-world military and organizational expertise to address civilian leadership challenges. Its Veteran-READY program helps employers build cultures where veterans can thrive by recognizing their skills, providing targeted training and mentorship, aligning roles with purpose, and establishing policies that support retention and belonging. Max Fab Consulting also develops leadership capacity at every level through executive and leadership coaching, keynote and motivational speaking, team-building and facilitation, and group strategy workshops. Its people-centered approach focuses on practical emotional and leadership skills that help teams perform effectively and retain talent. The company offers The Art of Leadership program, along with podcasts, interviews, and other resources for professional development. Nordel is also the author of When the Cows Lie Down, a leadership book exploring why employees disengage and how leaders can keep teams committed and motivated.
