## Description

Steve Maxwell Drums is a vintage and custom drum shop serving drummers through its Glendale Heights, Illinois location and online store. The business specializes in vintage instruments and is particularly known for its expertise in Gretsch and Craviotto drums. Its inventory includes vintage and collectible drum sets, snare drums, cymbals, and related equipment, with new items added regularly and listings available through Reverb.

Alongside rare and historic instruments, Steve Maxwell Drums offers custom drum sets, including builds based on Ludwig’s Neusonic series. These sets use U.S.-made shells and can be configured with classic-style hardware and the shop’s Ludwig rail mount. The business also shares product showcases, demonstrations, videos, news, and insights into notable drums and their histories, helping customers learn more about individual instruments before purchasing.

Customers can shop online or visit the store during its stated opening hours, with additional service available by appointment. The shop accepts PayPal and credit cards and provides direct contact options for questions, orders, and current inventory.
