The company's strict environmental policies have created a thriving habitat for rare species such as the Grey (English) Partridge. Maydencroft prides itself on being connected to its local and rural roots, with a strong emphasis on community engagement. They offer rural skills training for their team, promoting vibrant places to work in rural areas and providing apprenticeships and school visits. They welcome visits from local schools and youth groups to help children develop a love for the countryside. The company also supports local community events and sports clubs. Maydencroft is known for treating its people and clients with respect. They provide flexible working arrangements, competitive salaries, and comprehensive benefits.
