## Description

MayMotion by Hanna offers fitness and health courses for women in the Ostalbkreis region of Germany and surrounding areas, with programs tailored to pregnancy, early motherhood and menopause. Founded by Hanna, a physiotherapist and pre- and postnatal trainer who is currently training in osteopathy, the business focuses on helping women stay active and care for their bodies through different stages of life.
