## Description

The Marine Biological Association (MBA) is dedicated to exploring the ocean and understanding all aspects of marine life. Founded in 1884, our organization has a rich history of conducting vital scientific research that has significantly contributed to our understanding of the intricate marine ecosystem. Our research has played a crucial role in guiding worldwide efforts to protect and preserve our planet's oceans, which are essential for sustaining life on Earth. At MBA, we focus on a wide range of scientific disciplines including marine microbiome, coastal ecology, ocean biology, data and information policy, and applied science. We offer membership opportunities for individuals who share our passion for marine biology, providing them with access to our magazine, library, and scientific journal. We also offer educational and career development programs, giving students valuable opportunities to learn from experts in the field. Through our online shop, we offer a unique range of environmentally-friendly clothing and accessories with ocean-inspired designs. By partnering with Teemill, an award-winning sustainable fashion manufacturer, we ensure that our products are both stylish and ethical. Join us on our journey to discover more about the ocean and become a part of our global community that advocates for the protection of our oceans for future generations.
