## Description

Moreton Bay Game Fish Club is an Australian fishing club founded in 1953 by 25 anglers seeking to promote game fishing and develop the sport in the waters of Moreton Bay. Its founders also travelled to other destinations to share their expertise and help expand game fishing, and later contributed to the Queensland Game Fishing Association. Today, the club welcomes people who enjoy fishing, camping or taking part in club activities and functions.

The club provides a community for members to connect, share their fishing experiences and celebrate their catches. Its website features membership information, club news and a magazine, fishing resources, a fish-of-the-month feature, a photo gallery, and details of coming events. The Back to Tangas tournament is also among its event offerings. Members can find information about club facilities, useful links, sponsors and supporters, and access a Facebook community forum for conversation and catch photos. Based in Queensland, the Moreton Bay Game Fish Club continues to bring together people with an interest in fishing and club life.
