## Description

Jeff McWhinney Designs creates high-performance hinged wedding rings for people with active lifestyles. Based in California, the business specializes in comfortable, low-profile rings designed to fit the finger precisely and come on and off easily. Its designs are individually engineered and handmade from American-made aircraft-grade 6-4 titanium, combining practical durability with distinctive craftsmanship.

The ring-making process begins with a sizing kit to help each customer identify the right fit. Jeff McWhinney then creates and tests a 3D CAD model before using CNC machining to cut the ring’s components. The collection includes several hinged ring designs, with a range of styles and prices. The company also offers custom CAD design, prototyping, and small-part machining services for customers with challenging components or ideas to develop. Through its website, customers can explore ring designs, learn about sizing and construction, and find product information, videos, and customer stories. Jeff McWhinney Designs presents its work as precise, rugged, wearable design intended to be enjoyed for years.
