## Description

Chris Anselmo, a passionate writer and advocate living with limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2B (LGMD2B), has created the newsletter "Hello, Adversity" to share his insights and strategies for handling adversity. After a reflective holiday break in 2022, Chris shifted his focus from merely chronicling his personal journey to empowering others through shared wisdom gained from his experiences. Launched in January 2023, the newsletter quickly gained traction, reaching over 100 subscribers by emphasizing resilience strategies that resonate with readers facing similar challenges.

"Hello, Adversity" features concise, manageable posts each week, addressing various topics related to overcoming obstacles and fostering mental strength. Chris uses a systematic approach to ensure consistent content delivery while emphasizing quality over quantity in audience engagement. Through genuine connections with readers and fellow writers, he aims to inspire others to share their own stories, fostering a community that thrives on support, understanding, and shared experiences. Join Chris and discover the impactful lessons of resilience at Hello, Adversity.
