## Description

Modelleisenbahn-Club Traunstein e.V. is a registered model railway club based in the Traunstein region of Germany. Founded in 1988, the club brings together enthusiasts to share experience, enjoy the hobby, and organise model railway activities. Members meet on the second and last Friday of each month from 7:30 p.m. at the club rooms in Grabenstätt, and welcome people interested in learning more or getting involved.

The club’s work centres on building and presenting model railway layouts, including modular and winter layouts, children’s installations, and themed dioramas such as “Chiemgau,” “Weltraum,” and “Daressalam.” Its activities also include model railway exchanges, exhibitions, and other events. A major exhibition marking the club’s 30th anniversary featured layouts and displays from the club and other railway groups. The website shares club news, event dates, photographs, and information about its history and projects. Whether visitors are looking to attend an exhibition, find a model railway market, or connect with fellow enthusiasts, the club offers a welcoming community around a shared hobby.
