## Description

Orthobullets is a brand that provides a comprehensive educational resource for orthopaedic surgeons. Their goal is to improve orthopaedic education and make it more efficient through the collaborative efforts of medical professionals. Founded by Dr. Derek Moore, a practicing orthopedic spine surgeon, Orthobullets aims to tap into the talent pool of resident physicians and reward them fairly for their publishing contributions. They believe that residents represent an underutilized resource and that their productivity can be enhanced with proper incentives and infrastructure. Orthobullets also emphasizes the importance of a structured curriculum and objective interval testing to facilitate efficient learning. By reducing the cost of educational materials and compensating residents for their work, Orthobullets aims to alleviate the growing debt burden faced by graduating orthopaedic residents. Through their platform, Orthobullets offers various products and services such as study plans, question banks, cases, evidence-based content, videos, and events. Their for-us, by-us mentality fosters a sense of community and encourages continuous improvement. With Orthobullets, orthopaedic surgeons can enhance their knowledge and skills, ultimately benefiting both themselves and their peers.
