## Description

Medellín Soccer Cup is an international youth football festival organized by Sporturs International in Medellín, Colombia. Founded in 2010 after a dream began in 2009, the event brings children, teenagers, and young people from across the continent together for a week of sport, cultural exchange, and discovery. Its 2026 edition is scheduled for December 5–12, with teams able to pre-register and manage players, coaches, and accompanying delegations through the event’s information platform.

The tournament offers at least five guaranteed matches, official refereeing, and competition formats including seven-a-side, nine-a-side, and eleven-a-side football. Participants receive access to playing fields, match hydration, and pre-hospital care, with ambulance service available for emergencies. The event also provides photography, recognition for participants, an official ball for each team, and gifts for coaches and captains. Teams must choose an accommodation plan, with lodging arranged through more than 40 partner hotels according to availability and delegation size. Beyond competition, the festival encourages visitors to experience Medellín’s culture and attractions.
