## Description

Mediapsy azur is an association based in Antibes that offers interdisciplinary psychological support through therapeutic mediation. Its purpose is to provide different ways to understand and address psychological and psychosomatic difficulties, using a creative approach suited to contemporary social relationships. The association particularly supports adolescents and young adults, helping them reflect on their identity and how they want to take responsibility for their lives. It also works with parents and educators, aiming to provide comprehensive care rather than treating people’s concerns in isolation.

To make support more accessible to young people who may be reluctant to seek psychological help, Mediapsy azur uses engaging forms of mediation alongside interdisciplinary therapies. Its activities include psychoboxing to explore experiences of violence, whether suffered or enacted; animal-assisted mediation to encourage new ways of relating to others; and road-safety sessions that help participants consider their relationship with the wider community. The association’s work addresses both individual needs and the development of social connections, and it also organizes events and discussion workshops.
